PayTM wallet blocked even after KYC verification

I have been a user of PayTM wallet from 2017. As per the guidance of the government, I had submitted for KYC compliance on 27.02.2018 and on 28.02.2018, KYC verification was carried out through biometric route. I received an acknowledgement from UIDAI confirming verification (attached). On 02.03.2018, I had a transaction with PayTM, using it to pay for taxi. However, thereafter, the wallet has been blocked for lack of KYC compliance. PayTM customer care being one of the worst, I am unable to sort out the issue. I no longer wish to continue my wallet account with PayTM and wish to close it. Email sent to the customer care has not elicited any response. The website/app do not provide a ready solution or guidance.
