Pepperfry not replacing LED bulbs during warranty

I purchased 2 ACS LED bulbs from pepperfry online site on dated 15/06/2015 @ 15:28:38 with order no: 301196448. In advertisement they mention this product comes with 1 year warranty. Out of 2 bulbs 1 bulb not working so i contacted pepperfry team on dated 02.12.2015 to cover warranty but at that time customer representative replied me give him 24 to 48 hrs to check detail. He gave me complain number 01078904, Next day i received mail in which they mention please wait for 3 to 4 working days for resolution but there is no any response from pepperfry till 08.12.2015 so i again contact pepperfry team on 08.12.2015 and at that time Miss Axxxxxxa replied me this item not under warranty so i send them copy of proof. Next day i again contacted pepperfry team and they replied me that you will wait for upto 48 hrs our team will respond you. So i again waited for more 2 days but there is no communication from pepperfry team so i again contacted pepperfry team on 11.12.2015 and they replied me to wait end of day and i will give resolution. So i again wait for more than 2 days but till there is no solution. Today i again contacted pepperfry team and as expected they replied me to wait till end of day. I think pepperfry don’t want to resolve problem and they want to cheat customer by giving fake commitment.

I request you to please look into the matter and give me justification and also save other customers too.
