I had submitted my partial withdrawal request application to PF Office Dwarka, Delhi South. I had couriered my application and the supporting documents (all duly sinedoff by Wipro signatory and approved) on 17tth Dec’15.

I was checking for my application status regularly online on the PF portal. But i always got a prompt ‘No Records Found’. Then i decided to file a grievance on the PF portal.On my first grievance file on 5th Jan’16 (grievance no – DELSO/E/201600078). I got a response that they have not received my application and documents.

So i started following up with the courier company. The courier company confirmed that the courier was delivered on the 21st of Dec’15. They also sent me the delivery receipt for the same which had the PF office stamp. So i raised another grievance (DELSO/E/2016/00257) and attached the challan that the courier company had shared with me. The response from the PF office was that they have the documents now and will process it soon.

After another few days, i kept checking the portal and there was still no progress on the application. So raised another grievance (DELSO/E/2016/00423) asking for the status and the response was shocking. They responded saying that the application was rejected as the reason for withdrawal was not clear.

I filed another grievance stating that the document and the application was complete and duly signedoff by Wipro signatory. Wipro has two levels of checks before signing off the application. The application would have never been approved by Wipro signatory if the reason was not stated in the application along with the supporting document (Brother’s marriage Invitation card). the grievance no is (DELSO/E/2016/00485). The response to this was ‘Kindly resubmit application and documents’.

In all other cases PF office returns the application and documents if the application is rejected for any reason. They have not even returned the documents. Need help to get this sorted out. This is taking far too long.
You have previously helped me in a MICROMAX case and i got a replacement for my defective mobile.. Thanks for that and expecting same support this time too.
