I recharged my BSNL sim 28th with an internet pack which is suppose to give 3g speed and 3gb data daily for 90 days. But ever since i have done my recharge, i am getting only 1kbps speed. Which is extremely slow, not even the google webpage loads. Have filed 3 complaints with Bsnl, but they haven’t resolved my issue. I call at the customer care daily but they don’t give proper response! My exams are going on n that is why i need the internet so much. But now i feel cheated by BSNL. I have attached a picture showing the speed test with trai over past few hours and days.
