Poor 4G network from Vodafone

Actualy i was a customer of airtel from August 2011 to February 2017 then suddenly i got a call from vodafone to PORT in vodafone 4g they offer a plan that was good, finally a boy came to my address to collect all documents and i switched to vodafone on 24th march 2017. Now i was trapped . Because in my location they were not able to provide a good strenght of 4g network, when i had a discussion with a senior executive of a vodafone and he told me they are trying to give there best but 4g network will provide you from 8th may 2017, and they generated 2 bills of 24th march to 10th april. And one more from 10th april to 10th may. This was the 1st bluff, this was the first. After this they were not able to improve there service , instead of this i was using vodafone , then i got next bill with 60? incremental value which was not told me anyone, they activated some kind of VAS automatically. That bill i had also paid. Now After 3 to 4 months when i want to PORT this connection in airtel again , i have completed all the formalities and paid all outstanding bills. They are not forwarding Request to airtel where they waiting for a response from vodafone , this is 13th day from Request submission day. I was applied on 11th August . I have tried many times in vodafone care services , vodafone prepaid service support, postpaid service support ,all numbers like 199, 198, 9811098110 and many . I am talking from 14th august , they holding my calls for maximum 24minutes and After holding they disconnected not only a single time .continuously i am facing same problem.
Today i have called to Vodafone corporate office Delhi and get a conversation of 09:46 minutes. There was no positive response. I think a legal action will be take by consumer forum. Thank you
