Poor after sales service from Eureka Forbes

I bought aquaguard Reviva Ro water purifier through online purchase for installation I registered a request through customer support its docket number is 94768316 as some representatives says that as I bought a product from online you that’s why not getting proper customer support.

Eureka Forbes is showing Intrest to sell its products than giving service to its valuable customers. What is the difference for branded and local products. Still now installed the product. I am sharing this bcz others should not get trapped to this kind of problems.
If it goes on like this I will take legal action against Eureka Forbes.
