Poor after sales service from iBall

I purchased an iballi1017 tablet on 8th November, 2013. The piece had an inherent problem of no 3G connectivity. Thus the product was unusable for 3 months as the company took some 2 months to replace the inherent faulty product. After 2 months of usage, the lcd screen of the product broke down. The service centers could not repair the damage. Thus, now my tablet is biting dust in their service station and I have been running helter- skelter for its repair. Does this mean my some 12,000 rupees go down the drain just for 2 months of usage? Am I responsible if such a huge company cannot provide parts? They have no high official names or faces that may listen to our harassment. No email ids are provided for center heads. This company is working with invisible heads.
