Poor Airtel network and no response to complaints

I regret to make a complaint against Airtel . After numerous attempts and complaints made to their customer service as well as their website and also on Twitter , they have failed even to acknowledge or resolve any issue.
I have serious issue with their network inside our house. Which is causing a lot of problems because we have elderly people at home which requires emergency at times. And their unavailability of network despite of their claim to have strongest network in the area is adding on to many problems and harrasment. I have many complaints number , emails and Twitter msg which supports my complaint. I have 4-5 Airtel connections at home . All are facing major network issues since 6-7 months. Airtel customer service reps had told us this issue be resolved within few days . But unfortunately , there is absolutely no concrete solution. Please assist me to deal with the issue with the network providers.
