I purchased a 5 litre Wonderchef Essenza Pressure Cooker from HomeShop18 on 17th Dec 2013. The Order ID is 935837661.
The quality of the cooker lid handle is so poor that it has already cracked 4 times since the purchase. I even brought this concern to the notice of the Wonderchef Customer Care team by sending them emails at email@example.com and I also requested them to do a thorough quality check before sending the product. But in spite of that, they sent me a poor quality handle.
The first few times, they replaced the handle without much trouble but this time, they are refusing to replace the handle and told me that I need to purchase a new handle. When I told them that the warrenty of the product is for 5 year, they told me that the warrenty on the cooker lid handle is only for 1 year. Whereas, no such clause is mentioned on the warrenty card.
Further, I sent them several emails at firstname.lastname@example.org, but they did not respond so I decided to call them. Yesterday, when I called them, a lady by the name Sxxxa received my call and even before I could finish speaking, she disconnected the call twice. After that when I tried to reach her again on 02232191488 / 02232151148, the phone was continuously engaged for 1 1/2 hours. This kind of attitude only shows that they do not want to help the customers.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
