I bought Micromax yureka online from Amazon.com. After 2 months, its touch screen suddenly stopped working. I cannot even unlock the phone even after rebooting it several times. I called up customer care for assistance, we had long call asking, how-what happned any many other questions related to phone from assistant. after several trial and error by recovery systems, problem did not go away. Finally after 30 to 40 mins of call he asked my mobile number and address, so that technical person can call me and collect phone for servicing. i provided all the details, but at the end call got disconnected due to network issue. when i called again for 2nd time, i understood that previous person dint take any complaint ( donno what he was doing when i was giving him my adress while registering) and all my effort of that 40 mins long call just wasted. i made the complaint again with new assisant this time and took complaint number ( YU135085) from him. He ensured that i will get call in 48 business hours for technical assistance, which i later came to know 48 hours are not 2 days, its 4 days where 12 hours is 1 day in Yureka office. :(( so i waited waited for 4 days to pass. after 4 days, instead of getting call from technical team, i had to call them again to check the status. uff. again new lady took by complaint number n checked. she said it will take 24 more hours …just to get a call.. ohh hell .. again i waited for 2 days.. and again i only called back.. and this time.. their servers were down .. wow thats great support.. so new person said it will again take 48 more hours for technical team to calll….. hahahha.. wat a shitty service …. excellence in keeping customer frustarted and unhappy… my suggestion is dont buy any phone online.. services are not good on call… my compaint is still open even after 8 days.
