I have purchased my one Plus from Amazon.com. Within 15 days of using the phone, my camera stopped working. I have submitted the phone at the service center, where they asked for a maximum of 3 weeks and within a week they would give me the exact status. However, it has been almost a month, and all they keep telling me is to have patience as some parts are not shipped yet. They are not giving me an exact timeline of how long i should wait. There is nobody to take responsibilty or issue a refund.
