I had raised a complaint for deactivating my account and cancelling the subscription due to bad service frequently. The complaint was raised on 13th Nov 2017 with complaint ID 543127666. My Videocon DTH ID is 144884160.
They had promised that the issue will be resolved within 20th Nov 2017. However, I had not received any call regarding the issue till 20th Nov 2017. Hence, I had called them again to check the status of my issue.
They said that the issue is being escalated from them to the concerned team and will be closed within 24 hours.
However, I did not get any calls even after 28hrs. I had to call them again to check the status of my issue. Now they inform me that the issue has been closed.
They forced me to lodge a new complaint. I refused to lodge a new complaint as my old complaint was closed without any resolution and my consent. However, inspite of my rejection, i got a message that new complaint has been lodged.
I have not received any calls for pickup of my setup box or any personal visited my house for the same. But the complaint has been closed.
My account balance when I lodged the complaint was 250rs or so. However, I had requested to cancel my subscription. Hence my account balance had to remain same. But my balance is being deducted everyday as if I am using the setup box.
The customer care is very irresponsible and I have not received any positive feedback from them regarding this issue.
I dont have any tin Videocon personal that the issue will be resolved from thier side. Hence, I complain the consumer forum to look at the issue and resolve it. I have recordings of all calls with the customer care and produce them as proof.
