Poor customer service from Xioami MI

I purchased 2 numbers of MI power bank 10400 MAh one on 18/10/2014 and another one on 20/10/2014 through flipkart online sales. The product comes with a 1 year company warranty. After using it for few months i had problem in both the power bank regarding this i contacted customer care center and informed about the problem they made me run the corners of chennai and finally the service center in chennai told me that they do not service power banks and asked me to contact customer care again. I contacted them and they agreed to replace both the power bank. My first complaint number is 2936 dated 03/02/2015 in the name of D. Antony Selvaraj and the other one 3295 dated 20/02/2015 in the name of Gnanaraj D. After repeated request about the replacement they combined both the complaint by giving a ticket number 62779 dated 10/03/2015. Still now the company failed to replace the product and every time i call they been frustrating by saying this and that and they say it take some more time. Even after 9 months company has failed to replace the product i kindly request them if it is not possible to replace kindly refund the amount. But the company has done nothing in my complaint. I kindly request you to take necessary steps to solve the problem and do the needful.
