I had made purchase of a mobile phone on Flipkart on September 12th 2016. The order was placed with Assured delivery service of Flipkart and the promised date was 17th September 2016. However, the delivery came only on 21st September 2016. after several calls to their customer care and mails sent to their support I have not got any response. I had only placed the order as I had to gift someone the phone and the date of delivery was important. But there is no apologies from them in terms of compensation. A mail in this regards was sent to Kxxxxa Sxxxxxe their Customer service head as well but in vain. their delivery service is pathetic compared to Amazon which is very prompt (Prime service).
