Poor hotel service but high rates

I got a auto who took us to a hotel in bangalore and they took around 2300 for room on 19-09-2015 in time 5:30 and out time 1:30 and didnt provide any service like hot water. we as family with kid didnt had breakfast till 10:30 after that we took bath went and returned on vacating room we asked for refund of 800 and take 1500 as room rent. The hotel incharge talked rugudly saying i am not responsible and said you can compliant anywhere didnt refund any money.

    Is the La Sapphire hotel belonged to the same Blue Sapphire?
    The worst ever incident of my life regarding hotels.
    I was told by my local friend that not to stay in mahipalpur hotels and to prefer New Delhi hotels but I said I stayed once in the hotel La Sapphire so I will prefer the same one because it’s nearer too.
    I checked in at 11:30 pm on 30/10/15, paid the whole amount in advance. The manager asked me about taxi I said yes I will require it at 4:30 am nex morning, he agreed and told to pay by cash in the morning only.
    At 11: 50 pm I noticed that AC was not cooling the room, complained to Manager he said it’s fully functional and to wait and watch.
    I switched on the fan which was making noice so again not possible to sleep because of that. I called up manager he said he will be sending service boy who came little late (busy in shifting somebody’s room.) I called manager (12:40 am, 31/10/15) who was anoyied with my call. Then the service bay came and cleared the dusty vents of the ac, then cooling began. I had a doubt what if this fellow gives similar service in the morning! So I tryid hard to book another cab but nobody was ready, so I had no other option. In the morning I was ready at 4:40 am but cab driver didn’t terned up. Manager giving different reasons once said cab is hear only but Driver is not ready, then once said there is some problem with cab tyre etc etc.
    Then returned the taxi fare and I had to take auto rickshaw which could not drop me near departure gate because it’s not allowed.
    Thus I missed my morning 5:45 am air india flight to Raipur. Now waiting for another one at airport.
    Please guide me to stop such incidents in hotel with anybody in the future. I will suggest to the customers to stay away from such cheaters.
