I paid a bill worth rs. 1788 on 11th October 2015. As they told me Hathway unlimited plan for four months. Due to some technical issues they starts broadband service on 1st november to me. And disconnected within 42 days only. Now they are asking me for payment to continuing the service. I made many complement calls and emails but they are not responding. They are not even providing me broadband net for what I paid before.
