Poor Network coverage by Airtel

I am using this Airtel connection for the last 2-3 years, but have started using the same regularly for the last few days. But I am facing tremendous indoor coverage issue in my house as well as in my office. I had complained to the company both via calling the customer care and also through emails. I have already received a reply email from Airtel saying that my problem is going to get resolved(indefinite time) as a site is proposed to be set up in my residential area. Since then there has not been any communication from airtel’s end. This is a recurrent issue and is hampering me in both my personal and official works. My plea has not been resolved even after 7-8 days and my total money invested is going on a waste. I am using net form my mother’s Vodafone connection to even write this. Kindly help me in this regard. I am fed up and planning to take a Vodafone connection as it is running perfectly around me.
