Poor product quality and poor service from Snapdeal

Snapdeal executives provided terrible customer service. Different agents made different commitments and failed to meet the expectations which they set. The product delivered does not appear to be from original Bajaj company. The plastic is of very thin quality and has rough finishing. When clearly communicated that I am raising the complaint after 7 days timeline snapdeal agents still promised that this can be addressed by them under fake category and I will be given a replacement of complete product. And made me wait for several days, some agents replied that product cannot be replaced. Snapdeal team has not given final confirmation on which team of theirs we should trust and why the other teams were authorized to talk to us.It has been a complete waste of time and patience.Snapdeal is completely customer insensitive. Pathetic service Snapdeal
