I had booked a hotel using travelguru.com for 23-Dec. I have called up hotel reception at 6:30 AM and informed that i’ll be available by 12:00 Noon. When I reached at 1:00 PM, room was not ready and they advised to accommodate in a room with worst possible hygiene condition. I refused, called up travelguru heldesk and asked to cancel the booking. This was on 23-Dec and so far no communication from travelguru on when the refund will be done and each time I call, I was told issue will be resolved in 24 hrs.
