I have ordered an Intex Fitrist Pulzz Smart Band from Flipkart on 16th September 2016 which was delivered on 24th September 2016. The smart band that I was delivered was not in working condition so i made a replacement and again another new smart band was delivered on 27th September 2016. Still they replaced with a new band I am not satisfied with it. So I opted to take my money back. Then I made a return request on Flipkart. After a while I got a call from Flipkart Customer Care that you can’t return the product and you will have to accept the product as it is. I made a return request 4 times but they are not approving my return request and I have told them that I will have to take a strict and legal action against you so they replied me that you can do whatever you want but we will not give you money back. The service was also worst and Customer Care Service was too rude. Please help me and reply me as soon as possible.
