On 17th Sept 2015, I bought Micromax Canvas Nitro 4G handset from a dealer. In initial 8-10 days, this phone worked well and after that it started to give so many problems like heating during the phone calls, touch pad problems, speaker problem etc.

I submitted this phone in Micromax Service center to resolve the problem but I was disappointed. Then I sent an email to micromax team regarding handset problems, to which they gave replacement for that faulty handset. But the replaced handset was also creating same problems like the first one so again i wrote a mail to micromax team and they replaced it again. This replacement thing is happened at least 3-4 times. I requested them to replace it with another series handset but I did not get any 100% quality checked handset as an replacement.

For few days I was not using this handset, from last 15 days I again started to use this handset and again I am facing same problems.

I want refund of money which I paid for this poor quality handset.
