I had purchased a Penta Tabtop from Homeshop18 in the month of April 2014. As the quality of Photography and vediography was poor, I have filed a complaint with homeshop18. But till date the complaint was not resolved. Since, last one month, the fully charged battery was showing the charge is nil. the tabtop cannot be opened unless it was connected with charger. If I want to use the tabtop, it should connected to charger otherwise it will not open and can’t be used. I have filed a complaint with homeshop18. after 2 weeks I have received a call from call centre of homeshop 18 and informed me to take the tabtop to service centre which was located at Bellary ( which was located at distance of 400kms away from belagavi). just 3 days back one of the executive of homeshop18 called me and said that the warranty period is over. Further he said that it is the responsibility of manufacturer to resolve the complaint of customer and same was displayed on the homeshop18 website. hence homeshp18 was not responsible for the same. (communication after 15 days from the date of filling complaint). To my surprise, today when I thought of connecting the tabtop to charger, I found that both sides of tabtop was opened and inside bag was clearly visible. probably, it may be on account of pressure of bag s the size of bag automatically increased and therefore the two ends can’t be closed. I have not expected delivery of such poor quality of product by Homeshop18 and poor and pathetic customer service quality. I have purchased an item from Amezon.com and found that item was delivered was different than the order. immediately the amzon.com had apologized for the same. collected back the item and returned the money. This is what we accept as a consumer from online marketers.
