We have ordered Dominos Pizza on 18/06/2016 from Kundalahalli Gate Branch, Bangalore. After consuming the pizza, my daughter (4Yrs) and my husband both became sick. My daughter was very seriously food poisoned (as confirmed by doctor when consulted on 19/06/2016) and suffered with vomiting and Loose Motions for almost 1 week continuously and didnot have food the whole week.

We have raised complaint with Dominos and they have failed to provide reason of the pizza quality on the date we purchased the pizza, later we had to follow up with them as they were very negligent and didn’t respond to customer’s complaints and when we told them that we will take the issue to consumer forum then they has responded back and were asking that they will refund the money or resend the pizza again instead providing any reason for the failure in the poor quality of the pizza.

Hence we request to take appropriate action so that they take proper care on the quality of the pizza and atleast other consumers are not affected by the poor quality of the pizza which they deliver.
