Poor quality product and service from Purplle.com

I ordered for 3 Lotus lipsticks and received really old products close to expiry date. Even after complaining and sharing pics, there has been absolutely no response from customer service. I either want the products replaced or the money refunded but these people just don’t care. My order no is 20150415442649
