I ordered a Suzuki swift dzire car cover at Amazon. Received an item with several issues like low quality material, spots like tobacco spitting everywhere on the product. Then I applied for the refund of the product. But nobody came to recieve it and not even contacted me. I had contacted with Amazon customer care regarding this issue but got no fruitful result. They promised me to solve this problem as soon as possible. But it remains the same.

I asked them to atleast replace the product. But they denied. Sir please help me in this case.
