Poor quality service from Alliance Broadband

We are regularly pay for the Aliance connection but login page for net connection become not rechable maximum time. We are facing same technical issue problem from Aliance broadband site average 15 days in 30 days of month.
After lodge complain in local Aliace broadband site unable get proper response from 48 hr. These company local people are unnecessary harracing us. We complained in costomer care of Aliance Broadband site but there is no result. Please take fruitful steps to solve our problem as soon as possible,so that we will be obliged. Regards,
