Refund from Spice Jet – Rs.5,908/-: Ms. Bidisha Chakraborty of Barasat – 700126, West Bengal (Email: bidishachakraborty0106[at]gmail.com) cancelled her Spice Jet, Mumbai-Kolkata-Mumbai ticket on 10-06-2014. Even after two weeks she did not get her money back even as Spice Jet kept maintaining the refund has been processed. Ms. Chakraborty posted her complaint with ICF on 26-06-2014 and ICF took up the matter with Spice Jet. Ms. Chakraborty finally got her money back by 01-07-2014.

NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. The matter was finally resolved by way of refund on or about 04-03-2013.

Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank:
Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (firstname.lastname@example.org) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam. Bank did not respond to his complaints. ICF submitted Dr. Manickam’s complaint to the bank and the charges were subsequently reversed.

Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Repeated follow-ups by Mr. Kakwani produced no results and he posted his complaint with ICF on 27.11.2012. The issue was resolved by replacement of the mobile by Lalaji.
Refund from Samsung for Samsung Grand 2 – Rs.21,000/-: Mr. Akash Doshi of Mumbai, Maharashtra (akashdoshi009[@]yahoo.in) had persistent complaints with his new Samsung Grand 2. He had made frequent visits and complaints to the service center but still the issue did not get resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 06-11-2014 and matter was taken up with Samsung. With our guidance and support Mr. Doshi finally got refund for the device by 05-12-2014.

Even after three months the customer did not get refund. He posted his complaint at ICF on 23-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. The customer finally got his money back on 21-12-2016.

But he received a damaged product and was assured of refund by Flipkart. But the defective product was not picked up and no refund was made even after repeated requests.
