Poor quality shoes from Woodland

I had purchased woodland shoe from Woodland Retail Counter available with World Square Mall, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad on 6 May 2017 & having quality issue noticed by me & deposited in Woodland Ambedkar Road Ghaziabad store on 20 Sep 2017 Receipt no 66 after the mail instruction from Woodland for replacement or repair my shoe. Hole is appearing & increasing his size day by day . Also my shoe design is having hole on top so it’s impact is giving his presence after some time then i have started with Woodland through mail ,Twitter ,Facebook but result is zero. They are ready to give depriciation value of 60% & it’s very less as the age of shoe is 4 Months. I had requested so many times that this is quality problem not user problem. I am ready to repair my shoe but woodland has refused because of not repairable. I need justice & value of Money spend to purchase big company product worth of Rs.3000.00
