Order on Shopclues.com on 16th Oct 2015 was supposed to arrive on 4th Nov,2015. It’s around more than a week when Laptop was supposed to arrive but it has still not reached the address. After Chasing up with the the Xpressbees(Logistics Partner) on 12/11/2015 they told me to wait 48 hours or either collect it from their Kolkata office personally. The same evening I get the message from Shopclues that due to issues at courier partner’s end they are not able to carry out the order and they are intiating refund against the order(after a whole 1 month) !!
I could not get the logic behind this that how can they initiate return of the product and refund of it on their whims and fancies without the consent of the consumer.

If you wish to stay in the market search for a better logistics partner. Further I wish to be compensated for the above damages as a lot of work has suffered due to the indifferent attitude of the merchant as well as the courier company and due to the breach of contract I’m mulling to seek legal remedies against this.
