This is regarding the refrigerator repair under service reference OR01-121692400604-11 by Zimmber. Company has charged 2000 rs for refrigerator repair and after 4-5 days, I have started facing the same problem again for which the amount was paid. Complaint done CRT-121692 on call as well as in written but even after few days, there is no response.

Called 4-5 times and after 20-30 on hold I was able to connect with call center but they are not able to provide me any response.

Worst experience, worst mistake I have done to call them and ask to repair my refrigerator.

They said someone will visit to repair it again. I am waiting for them to come and repair it again for last 2-3 days.

Please advise me on the next action I can take against this company.

  1. Even I am facing the same..I paid close to Rs 8000 for refrigerator repair to Zimmber and started to face the same issue again.

    The technician did provide a signed bill stating 1 year warranty.

    Contacted Zimmber to resend the same technician again, however he didn’t come.Contacted the technician but, he says to contact the company and that he has been assigned to some new location.

    Now when I contact Zimmber they keep on saying that this case is being looked after by their escalation team and I should expect a call back from them, but in vain. Still no calls. Multiple failed attempts to contact their call center too.

    Please help in taking action against Zimmber.
