I bought Yureka mobile phone in Mar-2015. In June it started giving problem and was not charging. I called up customer support and raised complaint. Initially they told me to tryout different options to isolate whether the problem is with mobile or charger or battery. After many discussions and tests, it came out that the problem is with mobile. On 25-June they told me that within 24 to 48 hours I will get call and my mobile will be replaced. When I didn’t get any call then I called customer support again. After many followups I received a call. The call was just for formality because there was no action after that. Now whenever I call them I get only one answer please co-operate, new device will be shipped soon. Till now the device is not shipped. Please help.
