I purchased an Air Conditioner from Bajaj Electronics, Jubilee Hills Branch on 03.04.2016 and requested them to fix the component at the earliest and the manager provided me with a number and said this person will take care of the installation part. next day i called on the given number and he said your turn of installation will come by sequal i requested him and he provided with another number till today 06.04.2016 all the above people are not responding to my calls and up on calling the Bajaj Electronics they are not responding properly. i now wanted to return my product since the service of both bajaj and samsung is pathetic and distraceful and i feel cheated by lying.

I request this forum to kindly take strict action towards bajaj electronics as well as samsung for poor service.
