Poor service from Beam Act in shifting internet connection

Hi, I have been contacting Beam Act Fibre Net to shift my already existing beam internet connection to my new address which is a lane beside of my old address. Its so miserable of them that its been 4 days and they have not yet provided the service, provided I have spoke to them several times on calls and requested for an early shifting of connection. This is the worst experience I ever had with any other service provided. BEAM ACT FIBRE NET please improve your services to serve public better with satisfaction.
