This is to bring in to kind notice that I had paid an amount of 7000 for 2 yrs service for RO water purifier which included change change of filters and service But no one responded to fone calls inspite of calling them and giving them reminders and even if responded they would just jot down the house number and no one turned back.
After repeated calls they would just enjoy the calls thts it and I had a chance to speak to mrs jxxxn To whom I clearly told tht I would approach the consumer forum for such acts she laughed sarcastically and told to do wht u can. Such inconvenience has been faced by so many consumers already. I hope this grievences will have a solution.
