I purchased a ovastar garment steamer from Flipkart on january 2015. And within 1.5 months its stop working, When i called service center number of Ovastar they told that I have to send to product to him for getting the steamer repaired and again take back from own paid courier. Which cost near 2500. I was not aware that terms & Conditions.
When i search flipkart there was nothing mentioned like that. So i called up flipkart 2 months back and launch the complaint. After calling 10 times they took the complaint 1 months back. And given false promise for resolve the issue 5 times. i was called 4 times and today when i was shouting they arrange for reverce pickup after talking Manager at floor.

Now when the person coming for collecting the products is asking the Brand Box. I was shocked when i was get delivered the products the box was smashed totally, So how could i know this type of senario will come. Because its already 6 months over i am suffering from purchased an item from Flipkart.

After that when i was called customer care some person name Dxxxxxi ( Manager) was taken my transfered call from executive. Was shocked she spoken with me. She is totally ignore to take return and teach me the conditions that i have to send the products via brand box. So my questions is where it was mentioned in flipkart that i have to spend 2500 courier charge for getting my products repaired. I want my money should given back to me, Or Replace my products.
