This is the 2nd time in quick succession, i have experienced very bad customer service from freecharge – online mobile recharging. Transaction was done & amount debited from my account…quickly followed by freecharge sms that recharge was done…but found nothing….continuously sending mail to their customer care (firstname.lastname@example.org).

Previous experience was also same, got refund back at their e-wallet after 4 days of prolonged email conversation. this is a cheating as other service providers like easymobilerecharge, paytm …etc, the money automatically refunded after few minutes if recharge was not done…..people are requested to avoid this particular site for any recharging.
