I placed an order on 1st march for my father and was to be delivered to him in Bilaspur(Chhattisgarh). The order contains two shirts and one shoe. the scheduled delivery was on 4th. Then we received a message that the product delivery will be delayed. On 6th I called up the customer care and registered a complaint mentioning the same and also mentioned that the product were for some special occasion so kindly try to deliver the product as soon as possible. From that day I have been calling Jabong customer care and every time they have the same answer that they have escalated the matter. God knows to whom the are escalating.They kept on lying that they will solve the problem soon.
I asked them to kindly deliver the product at least by today as there is one more function tomorrow and its a gift to my father but no response from them.

JABONG is not at all bothered about its customer and only they think of is money. Seriously pathetic service by Jabong. I won’t suggest anyone to do shopping from them. and to add on I had to waste my time and money in calling them.
