Poor service from Micromax for Micromax A102 mobile

I purchase a new mobile micromax a102 worst mobile its start problem reebooting and restarting in 3 months. I give it in service centre and they told me to replace handset in 25 days but after 25 days I m go there and they told me to come after 10 days then I submitt the complain in consumer forum by the help of consumer forum I got my handset back at that time I speak with the micromax escalation management team l member she helps me alot but after 2 months the replaced handset start doing same problem like the old phone micromax give me that and then I talk again to micromax escilation team. she tolds me to submit the mobile and give her the jobsheet scan copy and she told me to do the solution. earlier I do that submit the mobile and then mail the scan copy of job sheet to Mxxxu madam but she not respond on it then I call her then she replied to call back me and resolve my issue four days are left. I mail her 7 time and call her 3 to 4 times but no response from micromax escilation team plz do some thing I want to know what process were going on for resolve my issue.
