LIC not reissuing survival/maturity benefit cheque:
Ms. Neetu Singh, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh LIC policy matured on 27-02-2013 but the maturity cheque was despatched to the old address even though she had provided the required NEFT mandate with new address. LIC said it will take time to get back the cheque and issue no payment instructions. She posted her complaint at ICF on 01-04-2013 and subsequently got the amount by 12-04-2013.

Refund from Air India Express – AED.4,290.91: Balaraman Karuvachal (balram_alhayat[at]yahoo.com) of Calicut, Kerala had cancelled two online air ticket bookings on 27-06-2013 as changing of route/sector facility not permitted by Air India Express.
