We requested for moving our dressing table from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad .Swaraj packers and movers Khandagiri. we got the number from internet.
They did not give any quotation or the third party name and contact number, who will be moving the item ,even after several requests..They committed with 3000 rupees., but on the day of pick up asked for another 500 rs. We asked for cancellation if the amount is getting increased like this without any reason ..They said OK and picked up ,but again started playing for another 3 days for price increase…After several arguments and negotiations they agreed for 3000 rs but sent the item in a half hazardous manner .We received the product ,which got completely damaged.
We spoke to them,they told they will repair by sending some person ,then they did not. again they said they will transfer the repair amount ,but now they are not receiving the call at all..
We are really getting so much headache since the day we booked it. We are requesting the reimbursement asap for the damage as well as the extra headache.
