I am a Tata Sky dish TV consumer. There is no reception whenever the sky is overcast or it rains. This was not told to us when we paid for the service. Also, frequently many channels do not transmit at all.  This has been the case once again now (5 April 2015) for five days. They acknowledge this but fail to respond to complaints and demand full payment. I would like them to promise not to charge us whenever there is a transmission fault, attend to complaints quickly and see to it that the service does not break down due to rain. If they cannot assure us of this, let them return our money and take back their desk top box and antenna. Consumer no. 1102947361.
