Poor service from Videocon d2h

I have been using videocon d2h service since past two years. Everytime there is a problem and a complaint is registered, the service offered is very poor. In this instance there was a problem with mu set top box as it was restarting automatically and the product was hanging. When i called the customer care for this particular issue, instead of providing me an insight into the matter they tried to sell me a warranty renewal scheme of 499rs. When i showed my displeasure in this regard they told me that i sould file a complaint for which an engineer would visit my home and the charges would be 150 rs. If in case the set top box is swapped or replaced with a new ine it would cost me another 275 rs. Hence i had to login a complaint. The following day the engineer visited the premises, n swapped the set top box took a total of 425 rs n simply left without waiting to see if the channels have started or not. He claimed that the channels would come after 30 mins, and he escaped with the money. This happened at around 11 A.m. n till now no channels are visible. The settings of the new set top box are yet not connected or matched with my account and hence no channels are seen. They had refused to give me a bill receipt gor the set top noc purchase claiming they dnt do that. I have been cheated duped with a total of 425rs. Despite several calls to the customer care, the service engineer and the local Domlur office u did not get any solution and the problem still persists.
