Poor services from Quikr, product not delivered

Against all odd i decided to purchase unboxed mobile from Quikr.com on 18032016. I made online payment. But till now i have not received my product. Website layout is poor, Since 04 days it is showing that my order is confirmed status.
They have not dispatched the order yet. Also website does not allow you to cancel the order and take refund even if the product is not dispatched.

When contacted customer care they gave fake assurance that product will be dispatched on Monday i.e 21032016 but till date there is no update regarding the same. I have emailed them, I have messaged them on social Facebook and Twitter. All are just lame and they do not respond to your queries. Have gone through review online and 90% of reviews are negative about the product delivered from Quikr and Refund of the Money.

I trust online website because most of them are best and they have superior services especially Flipkart. I trusted Quikr as well. But after this experience i somehow feel cheated and dont trust them anymore. Their Customer Service is Lame and Unresponsive. Also Social Team is inactive and they will give you fake assurances.

Just Beware before making any purchase on QUIKR. Dont get carried away by the deals.
