Poor services from Siti cable

We have been facing problems using broadband of siti cable , there has not been any satisfactory resolution form their side. We have paid the bill on time . If the payment is delayed by Even a minute they cut down your internet supply . But when their internet is not working for and there is no other service provider , they take benefits of this monopoly and they do not compensate for their down time of internet . Please help me by just warning them of their malpractice .

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
