I have been airtel postpaid customer since a long time. On January 2017 I have submitted a complaint on poor network but till date (14/08/2017) no resolution.

I visited Airtel office at Balapur X Road and the executive there (a lady seems to be manager there) has refused to give any details and suggested to move to prepaid to save money. I agreed and did so but afetr two days by both prepaid and post paid sim does not have any network . On calling the person at the store their behaviour was very bad. They agree a mistake was from their side but ordered me to wait instead of requesting. The below line was used by the executive:

“There is no other option you have and you have to wait”

Kindly take action on this or I will move to court as a customer has a right to good behaviour along with good service. Thanking you
