With due respect I inform you that my Onida TV had some disturbences, jumping screen in NOV 2015.
I found adverisement in Just Dial regarding TV service by company named National Electronics, Gangai Amman Koil Steet and the concerned person called me at 11:30 pm in the night for fixing the appointment. The company sent a person named Mr. Gxxxxxxxy during NOV 2015. He visited my house, opened the TV and told that he rectified by charging some parts and charged Rs 1000. But within 24 hrs, the TV had the same old condition. Then I contacted him again and informed the company also. Since NOV 15 to JAN 21st, we had no clue about him. On contact it was told he visited Sabarimalai. In the mean time due to heavy rain, he shown his in ability to visit. He visited us in Jan 21st afternoon and had a good lunch with us. He advised us to allow him to take the kit for testing along with him and will return after rectifying within 10 days and charged Rs 1800 . On asking he provided the bill for this only.
Sir, since the time of response from the shop ad by Mr. Gxxxxxxxxy and his company but neither my TV problem is rectified nor I got my TV kit and the frame along with TV tube is ideal in open condition.
My dad is a retired Railway Employee and I am preparing for UPSC. In this point of time it is hampering my preparations due to mental tension and my parents are lacking of entertainment due to TV’s unavailability. I have been running from pillar to post for the TV kit and even I heard slack languages from the shop owner on calling to him. He is behaving harshly like I have taken some amount of loan from him and not returning. Please help us to take back my TV kit in the condition, in which he had taken along with Rs 2800, which I paid for the repairing. For which act of kindness I shall remain ever grateful to you. Thank you.
