Printland’s poor service

I ordered a customized cushion cover on 10th June, 2015, but didn’t receive. Later on contacting the customer care I came to know that it was delivered to someone else in Mumbai. I called the customer care and asked for compensation, spoke to invoice Sxxxxz Axxxxd, he said it will be delivered but in a couple of days and when I said it’s not my concern I need that before 20th June, he hung up the call saying that he will contact me. Ever since then he didn’t reply once. I made 8 calls, he seems disinterested. The order id is100089170. What should I do
