On 28th may 2015 I placed an order with Amazon India to buy the Yu Yuphoria mobile device.I received the mobile on 8th June 2015. On 9th July speakers of my phone started giving a problem, audio could not be heard properly, so I searched for a help number. When I looked on the official website i.e., www.yuplaygod.com , the toll free number given there was not in service so I turned to Amazon and they provided me with two numbers, 0141-3325300, and 0141-3325000( which are not working now 21/7/2015). I used the first number and made my first call to the company on 9th July 2015,. I was shocked to know that the company did not have physical service stations, they are only available on phone lines. I was given troubleshooting steps on the phone which they called soft reboot, it did not help, then again I called and was emailed the troubleshooting steps for hardware reboot on 10th july 2015,which again did not work. I was given a ticket number-1099046. Further I was asked to mail an audio file from my handset, which I did on 9th july 2015. I was assured by the company that my problem will be forwarded to their technical support team, but I had to make a number of phone calls before that happened. On 16th july 2015, they mailed me a link which I had to download and save in my phone and again a set of troubleshooting steps, that did not work either. I went through a lot of trouble to get this mail as for a week they sent it on the wrong email address, I wonder how they did such a mistake as they had earlier sent mails on the correct address.

On 18th july 2015, after 9 days of sending them the audio recording from my phone they told me that the format of the audio file could not be played by them, I was completely frustrated, they should have told me before, and also how were they providing troubleshooting steps without listening to the audio, what a waste of time it was. But again, as I had spent money I sent them an mp3 format of the audio on 18th july 2015, and I was assured that my device would be replaced. I received a mail from the company that they have received my audio recording, they gave me a new ticket num-1122170. But they have done nothing since then. It is the 21st of July today and I am stuck with the same problem, and their service numbers are not working, I want my money back now. The company is fooling people by selling mobiles online and when customers have a problem they have nowhere to go. Please help.I have attached the invoice with my complaint.
