I have been trying to convert my photon plus postpaid connection into a prepaid one since Dec last year. However, there have been unnecessary delays from customer care side in doing the same.
They have a process defined to convert postpaid into prepaid one. You have to submit some documents at nearest docomo center, fill up one form and then call customer care from there only and provide them executive name who is taking this request, and form number. Once this details are provided customer care person on call will generate a request and will give us the request number. We have to mention this number on the form. Once this whole process is done, ideally the connection should get converted in 1 week.

But due to some mishandling of documents by docomo store person, some of the required documents were lost and not available for final verification. Due to this small mistake from their side they have been keeping the connection in postpaid till date and have been charging me regular postpaid bill, which I am not actually entitled to pay them.
