I purchased a xperia phone from authorised dealer of sony smartphone from shop name computer plaza bhilai at 1st of february 2015. After using of 5-6 days it starts malfunctioning of some features like illumination light, camera and battery draining very fast, when i visited service centre they told its software issue and will be solved after an update. But it doesn’t work. so i have to take my phone 2-3 times for the same problem after 3rd visit camera and battery draining problem is solved but illumination light problem couldn’t be solved, then they suggested for replacement of phone, and gave me new phone of same model but that phone was also having some problems so they took my phone again and after their repair the illumination light problem is again started. so i asked for refund but they rejected it, and agreed to give me an upgrade model with paying extra amount but the model i selected is out of stock and others are costly so i rejected. And i asked for refund but no answer by them, and when i asked for taking back my phone they asked for wait to more time. I’m a final year engineering student i can’t manage without phone because of there are always some mails and links are sent by college about exam details and campus placements, and if a multinational company (sony) can not manage a problem of any customer who purchased a phone by paying 17,600 rs, and faces to many problems without solution and service delay then what should we do. My phone has spent about 90 days (3 months) in service centre, in total 245 days after purchase, and when i had the phone it was having problems, still problem is not solved, i have all the service job sheet and phone purchase bill. Please help me.
